​When availability opens up, and if we haven't had the pleasure of meeting you before...

Colour Services: We need to see your hair before your appointment to ensure we allocate the correct amount of time for your service. Please contact our salon hosts to book a 10 minute consultation, during which we will also provide a detailed quote.

Deposits:  We ask all new clients for a deposit of $50 for cut appointments and $100 for colour appointments when a confirmed appointment is made. This deposit will be applied to your first appointment.

Guest cancellations: We have a long waitlist. If you do not attend your appointment or cancel within 24 hours of your booking, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee per service.​​

​

Clean hair: Please ensure you attend your appointment with clean hair. Too much oil and/or product will prevent colour from penetrating your hair. ​

​

Punctuality: We respect both your time and ours, and we take pride in our time management. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure we stay on track for all our guests.

Homecare: Cheap hair products can seem cost-effective, but the ingredients often fade the colour, make blondes more golden, and make your hair less shiny. They can also coat your hair in silicon, which stops the hair from absorbing colour. Consider your stylist's recommendations to make the most of your investment.

 

Redo requests: Guest dissatisfaction is extremely rare at Bond. However, if you experience an issue with your cut or colour, please get in touch with us within SEVEN DAYS of your appointment to discuss a solution.​ Any issues raised after seven days will incur an additional cost.
